Emerald Haven Realty is a boutique real estate firm located in Austin, Texas.   Created by Anne Haikola, the fundamental mission of Emerald Haven Realty is to provide excellence in real estate and exceptional service to our clients.  The name originates from her fondness from her Irish Heritage (maiden name McCormack) and her belief that your home should be your haven.

Anne is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.  Prior to entering the world of real estate, she worked in the environmental engineering and consulting field as a project manager.   Anne is also very involved in the business run by her husband Bruce – Haikola Custom Construction.  Having lived in Austin since 1991, Anne has come to know and love the diverse pockets of neighborhoods found within and surrounding this great metro area.

In addition to completing the education requirements of to obtain her Texas Broker’s license, Anne takes regular continuing education classes recognized by the National Association of Realtors.
